How to: 4 Strand Braid

There are many techniques to do the 4 strand braid , apparently. My friend taught me a certain way that I have found very effective. first things first grab the piece of hair you wish to braid and separate it from the rest of your hair

1. Part the hair into four sections
2. An easy technique to help you with making a four strand is to put the sections of hair between the "slots" in between your fingers
3. Number the sections from 1 to 4
4. Put hair in slot #1 over hair in slot #2
5. Put hair in slot #4 under hair in slot #3
6. Put the hair in slot #3 over the hair in slot #2
7. Continue these steps til the bottom of your hair

Dutch/French Braid

First things first..

 We Will Learn The French Braid

if you followed the directions you should end up with something like this

1. Get a small section  of hair From the desired area.
2. Part the section of hair into three sections
3. Start off as a regular standard braid
4. Get a small strand of hair close to the right strand and add it to the right strand , put right strand over middle strand
5. Add a strand of hair near the left section and add to the left section, put the left section over the middle section keep on repeating steps 4 & 5 

Second is the ....

Dutch braid

          The dutch braid is the same as the french braid except instead of going over the middle the right and left strand go under the middle strand

1. the  first thing to do is start the braid. get a section of hair , part the section into three strands .
2. put the right strand under the middle strand , put the middle strand over the left strand
3. get hair close to the right strand and add it to it, then put the right strand under the middle strand.
4. put the middle strand over the left strand and add hair to the NOW left strand.
5. add hair to the right strand and put the right strand under the middle strand and so on

The fishtail braid is really easy to do.

Here are some easy steps to create the best fishtail braid

• Part your hair in two sections
• Put one section of hair in each hand
• Start by getting a small piece of hair from either side ( side 1 ) & put the piece of hair onto Side 2
• then get a piece of hair from side 2 and take it  side continue it this way until you get to the bottom of your braid
